Immune boosting Series - Part I - Boosting up the immune system by food and most powerful meditation techniques

There are many chants and mantras availabe which can be uttered on a regular basis of 27 times minimum to increase the immune power.

Before learning  in details about this, we can classify into 2 ways.


1. Through food

2. Through asanas,breathing excercises,chanting and yogic practices.


Let us first learn all the chanting and all the simple yogic excercises 

THROUGH CHANTING

I will show you a video of chanting on how to do and how it will increase the lung capacity and act as a immune booster.

shiva shiva sarveshwaraya
shambho shambho mahadevaya
The above chanting even if we listen will increase the positive vibes around the place and make the place very pleasant and reverberating. We can use any chant box and listen for hours for more benefits.Generally chanting one time will take around 50 secs will be very effective.


One more small testing we can condut to our body that whether we are able to hold the breath for about 45 secs min to 1 min . If you are not able to ,then we have some respiratory problem and need medical attention.

With less meditation if we chant this mantra and few breathing asanas , we will improve better. 


Vasthu shuddhi


This chanting is alled VASTHU SHUDDHI, the speciality of this is it will remove negative energy around you and increse the postive vibes. This chant should only be listened and should not be chanted.

We can switch on this chanting at home , work place or at meditation area etc.

One of the smiple yogic excercise is pranayama. now let us learn suga pranayama/kriya the powerful breath controlling technique.

Through Breathing excercises

The below picture shows how to do pranayama.There are many pranayama techniques available. One of the simplest is suga pranayama illustrated below

How to do PRANAYAMA
The pranayama should be done at very ease .the breath should be like if a feather is near your nose it should be moving very slowly , like that the kriya should be done in a very relaxed and calm mode.

The way we close our nostrils should be very relaxed.The pranayama can be done at any time , but at empty stomach yields better results.The pranayama should be done 5 mins minimum and should be done closing our eyes. 

If we practice this pranayama regularly, at one point of time all the impurities will go out of the body and we can even the pleasant smell in our body itself.

Also if we do it properly, at one point in time even breathing will be there in both the nostrils. This can be tested if we keep the finger near the nostrils and start breathing.

Tips : If we do this for 2 minutes daily during bed time. We can feel the deep sleep.

Simha kriya or lions breath (Increase the lung capacity)

There is one more kriya called simha kriya or lions breath maily to increase the lung capacity and practising this daily with empty stomach or you should be feeling somewhat hungry. 

Position to sit:Sit in a cross legged position with right hand in right thigh and left hand in left thigh. Put power in your hands to lift the ribcage.

See the video below to do,it will be easy. This will take only 5 mins to do and this can be done regularly to enhance the lung capacity and resistance power.


A small test we can conduct for ourselves while doing this kriya, if we are doing this kriya for about 4 to 5 days and suddenly not able to do for the next day or any difficulty in holding the breath , then we have some respiratory issue and need medical attention. Breath holding should be minimum of 30 secs and maximum of 1 minute.

The Simha kriya should not be done while watching the video.Please observe the video first and watch till the end for complete instructions.
